We started with a simple question:
Why do we spend $7 on a greeting card our loved ones will throw away… when we could send coffee they’ll look forward to?
From that idea came a mission: reinvent gifting by combining the emotional meaning of a handwritten card with the universal love of coffee. And now everyone has the ability to "skip the card and gift some coffee".
That’s why we created the world’s first coffee that doubles as a greeting card. Every bag is a message. Every message is an experience. And every experience begins with an unforgettable cup of freshly roasted coffee.

At Holiday Coffee Company, we proudly roast in California at our partner facility, Temecula Coffee Roasters, to bring you premium, ethically sourced specialty coffee. Specialty coffee is defined as beans scoring 80 points or higher on the 100-point scale used by certified coffee tasters—meaning every bean meets strict standards of flavor, quality, and origin.
We ensure every product we offer reflects these high standards. Every roast is done in small, frequent batches, guided by real customer demand—never mass production—so your coffee arrives fresh, never sitting in storage. Using Ikawa sample roasters, precise roast profiles are developed for each lot before moving to 10KG and 15KG drum roasters, allowing every batch to showcase the unique flavor characteristics of its origin.
Our partnership allows us to offer a full range of premium coffees, including:
